What Is Debt Management?

A Debt Management Plan is most suited for those with debts spread out over a number of creditors and the debtor can no longer afford to make the necessary monthly payments. 

Debt Free will arrange one for you to make one lower monthly payment which we will distribute between your creditors. We will also deal with all creditors calls and letters leaving you peace of mind.  

We will use our experience to try and get creditors to freeze any additional interest and charges on your debt, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Entering into an IVA may adversely affect your credit rating for up to six years from the date of approval.

Your property will be protected within an IVA but you may be required to release all or part of any equity during the period of the arrangement.

Failure to complete the term of an IVA can result in bankruptcy.
